Social and Environnmental Impact of Asbestos

The Task

 

As members of the Chronological Investigation Society, CIS, you have access to so much information that it would be impossible to sort through it yourself.  You have therefore been assigned a position focusing on either asbestos uses, or the health effects.  At the end, you will present to another group who focused on what you did not research.  Together you must discuss and briefly write down what you found. You should decide if asbestos use was a good thing or a bad thing, as well as if Canada made the right choices with the information it had.

After all groups have shared with each other, one member will be elected to share their results with the rest of the class.
